The college values inclusion and diversity. Its approach to social responsibility is well-focused on helping the students to learn. It is, for example, very active in building links with countries on most continents of the world. Its Ghana project aims to inspire learning and to help the link school develop its supply of safe and clean water. The college provides a Chaplaincy service that supports staff and students and is also active in helping the efforts to raise funds for charities. The college works well in the community and has excellent performances that attract large audiences. (Bill Twiss - IIP 2014)
