We are delighted that you have chosen Our Lady Queen of Peace for your child's education. We have supplied our own school uniform to our learners for a number of years enabling us to offer high quality products whilst keeping costs as low as possible. I have included our current price list with this letter.
Please could you attend the fitting session for your school listed below. Once your child has been fitted, and the items have been paid for, the items will be ordered into school for collection on Thursday 10th July. In the rare case that the items do not fit or they are faulty then simply return the items to us, in the original packaging with labels attached, and we will be happy to replace or refund the items.
We have the facility to credit/debit card and cash payments on the fitting night. When your child enrolls in school we will setup an online payments account for future uniform, school trip and dinner money payments. We require that all uniform is paid for before it is released from stock.
We have specific funding for Year 7 children who have been on free school meals in the past. We will confirm this information with your primary school and if eligible your child will receive 1 Jacket, 1 tie, 1 Skirt or 1 Trousers, 1 PE Polo Shirt, 1 PE Shorts, 1 PE Socks free of charge.
How much do uniform items cost?

What types of shoes are acceptable?
Shoes should be sturdy, black formal shoes. There should be no logos or makers marks visible. Hybrid trainer/shoes made by Nike, Reebok, Addidas etc are not acceptable. Please see below for examples.
What items are compulsory?
Your child will need a Jacket, Tie, Trousers or Skirt, PE Polo Shirt, PE Shorts, PE Socks. You do not need to purchase PE Socks from us. Any Plain black Football Socks are acceptable.
What items are optional?
The PE Hoodie and Slipover are optional items.
What if my child receives free school meals?
If your child receives or has received Free School Meals in the past six years and is in year 7, our Governors have agreed to provide you, free of charge, with one each of the following uniform items: Jacket, Skirt or Trousers, School Tie, PE Polo Shirt, PE Shorts, PE Socks. We will contact you with additional information.
When do we need to pay for our items?
All items should be paid for and collected when you child is fitted.
How can items be paid for?
We accept payments via credit/debit card or cash. We no longer accept cheques. In future you will be able to pay via our online payments system.
What if an item isn’t in stock?
Items that are not in stock should be paid for at the time of ordering. Once the items have been delivered we will contact you to arrange collection.
What happens if they do not fit?
In the rare case that the items do not fit or they are faulty then simply return the items to us unworn, in the original packaging with labels attached, and we will be happy to replace or refund the items. We cannot replace items that are not faulty without all tags present.
